Terms of Service

This application (“the App”) is a free, self-hosted intimacy and cycle tracking tool, operated by an individual (“the Operator”) on a best-effort basis. The App is in active development. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By signing up you affirm that you meet this age requirement. The App is intended for personal, private use and is not intended for users under 18.

The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. The Operator does not guarantee:

• Continued availability of the App or any feature.
• The integrity, retention, or backup of your data.
• That the App will be free of errors, downtime, or data loss.
• That any specific feature will continue to exist or behave the same way.

The Operator may add, remove, or change features at any time, including breaking changes. The Operator may discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to: lost data, lost access, service interruptions, feature changes, or any decisions you make based on data displayed in the App.

The App is not a medical device. Cycle predictions, fertility windows, climax statistics, and ejaculation-frequency targets are informational only and are not medical advice. Do not use the App for contraception, conception, or medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.

• Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or attack the App's infrastructure, or interfere with normal operation.
• Back up any data you consider important. The Operator may take backups for operational purposes but does not commit to restoring user data on request.

The Operator may suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms or suspected abuse, with or without notice. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting the Operator.

These Terms may change. When they do, you will be asked to review and accept the updated Terms on next login. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator resides. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and you waive any right to participate in a class action.

To contact the Operator regarding these Terms or your account, use any contact mechanism the Operator has provided to you directly. The Operator is not obligated to provide public contact channels.
